An answering machine is available 24 hours to record absence messages. The guidelines are as follows:

• Day of Absence or Tardy: Call 201-444-8225 before 9:00 a.m. to notify the school whenever your child will be absent or tardy.

• Child will be absent or tardy on a future date: Send a note to the teacher and call the absence line at 201-444-8225.

• Picking up your child early: Give advanced notice to the teacher AND the office so we can have your child ready.

• Lunch order cancellations: Must be made through the website by 8:00 a.m. Do not leave lunch cancellations on the absence line.
