Outdoor Recess:

Fresh air and outdoor play are part of our daily routine. Free play encourages creativity, exploration, curiosity, and sustained attention. As the temperature becomes colder, please be sure your child is dressed for the weather!

Student Illnesses:

As we enter cold and flu season, we are seeing an increase in students experiencing symptoms of illness. To help keep our school community healthy, we kindly ask that you keep children home if they are sick.

Please do not send your child to school if they have:

• Fever

• Vomiting or diarrhea

• Body aches or chills

• Any symptoms that could indicate a contagious illness

Please note that students should be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school.

Your cooperation helps protect all students and staff and reduces the spread of illness throughout our school. If you have any questions or need guidance, please feel free to contact the school nurse’s office.
